Handcrafted Nature

You acknowledge that our wares are handmade from natural wood. Each piece possesses unique grain patterns and character marks; minor variations from the images on our scrolls (website) are not considered defects, but hallmarks of authenticity.

Bespoke Agreements

 You understand that all custom and personalized commissions are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error was made by our studio (e.g., a misspelling that contradicts your order notes).

Production & Carriage

You agree to our current forging time of 3–5 business days before the item is dispatched. Once a package is handed to the postal guild, we are not responsible for delays caused by their transit routes or customs checkpoints.

Privacy

Your scrolls and data are protected by modern magic (encryption). We shall never sell your information to outside merchants or rogues.
