In this design, the moth is depicted in a state of celestial grace, guarded by an arc of the Lunar Phases, from the first sliver of the crescent to the fullness of the moon. The Lunar Metamorphosis represents the beauty of change and the wisdom that can only be found in the quiet, moonlit hours.

The Craft

We have utilized our signature "woodcut" technique to capture the delicate veins of the moth’s wings and the craters of the orbiting moons.

The Design: A modern illustrative scene featuring a meticulously detailed Luna Moth centered within a grand arc of five moon phases, all housed in our iconic teardrop frame.

The Material: Precision-etched from 1/8" Birch Plywood for a sturdy, high-quality feel that mimics a vintage naturalist’s woodblock.

The Finish: Natural & Raw. By leaving the birch unsealed, we preserve the organic warmth of the wood and the deep, smoky contrast of the laser engraving.

Dimensions: Our boldest statement size at 3" long and 1.5" wide, providing a dramatic, vertical silhouette.
