What materials do you use for your wares?
Most of our treasures are crafted from high-quality, sustainably sourced woods. We use precision laser-cutting to achieve intricate medieval details, often finishing pieces with stains or oils that highlight the natural grain. Because wood is a natural material, every piece will have its own unique “character marks”—just like a shield weathered in battle.
Are your designs historically accurate?
We draw heavy inspiration from European medieval manuscripts and architecture (especially the quirky marginalia!). While we strive for that authentic “Old World” feel, we often blend it with modern fantasy elements to create something truly unique for today’s adventurers.
How should I care for my wooden items?
To ensure your items last for generations, keep them away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, which can cause wood to warp or fade. A light dusting with a soft cloth is usually all they need to stay gallery-ready.
🛡️ Shipping & Heraldry
How long does it take for my order to be forged?
As these are handmade in our studio, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. During times of high demand (or dragon sightings), it may take a bit longer, but we will always send a raven (email) with your tracking number.
Do you ship across the Great Seas?
Yes! We ship our goods to many kingdoms worldwide. Please note that international travelers may be responsible for their own kingdom’s customs fees or import taxes.
What if my item arrives damaged from the journey?
If the carriage was overturned and your item arrived broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a “scrying” (photo) of the damage, and we will make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
⚔️ Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a bespoke or custom-engraved item?
Because bespoke treasures are crafted specifically for your house and lineage, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. These pieces are final sale from the moment the wood is set to the flame.
How do I begin a return?
Simply send a raven to our contact page with your order number. Once we verify the details of your quest, we will provide you with the instructions needed to send the item back to our studio.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We want you to be heralded as a satisfied traveler! If you are unhappy with a standard item from our collection, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, pristine condition. Please note that the cost of the return carriage (shipping) is the responsibility of the sender.
What if there is an error with my custom order?
If the fault lies with our guild—such as a misspelling that differs from your instructions or a flaw in the craftsmanship—we will rectify the mistake immediately. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please send a “scrying” (photo) of the error to our studio so we can investigate.

Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. We use modern magic (encryption) to ensure your payment details are kept secret from even the most prying rogues. We never store your credit card information on our scrolls.
